• Effort-Based Earning: Any statements, examples, or potential metrics regarding income, rewards, or Experience Points (XP) displayed on Ocean of Income are estimates of what is possible. There is no guarantee that you will earn a specific level of income or any income at all.
• Variable Factors: Individual results on our platform depend entirely on personal effort, task availability, accuracy of task execution, advertiser budgets, and active VIP level configurations.

B. Cryptographic Asset & Token Volatility Risks

• Market Fluctuation: Interacting with digital assets—including receiving payouts in Tether (USDT) or participating in specialized investment services for the Ocean of Income Token (OIT Token)—carries inherent economic risks. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and influenced by regulatory shifts, technological updates, and market sentiment.
• Risk of Capital Loss: Participating in token allocations or staking mechanisms involves risk. You explicitly acknowledge that past platform performance metrics do not guarantee future financial outcomes. You should never allocate or hold digital assets on the platform that you cannot afford to lose entirely.

C. Network Fees & Decentralized Infrastructure

• Gas Fees and Blockchain Variables: Ocean of Income relies on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network for financial settlements. You acknowledge that blockchain network transaction fees (gas fees), network congestion, and processing delays are completely outside the control of the Company.
• User Security Responsibility: You bear sole responsibility for securing your external Web3 wallet configurations, private keys, and destination addresses. Ocean of Income is not liable for assets lost due to user error, including sending tokens to incorrect wallet addresses or selecting unsupported blockchain networks.
